LAU Libraries provide Group Study Rooms (GSR) to current LAU students upon reservation. GSRs are intended only for collaborative study, and not for meetings or classes or any other related uses.

Rules for Using the GSRs
- GSRs can be booked for a maximum of 2 hours at any one time, renewable upon availability.
- When vacant, GSRs will be made available to users on a first-come, first-served basis.
- GRSs are intended for the use of groups comprised of 2 or more users.
- The library cannot take responsibility for any unattended items left in group study rooms and reserves the right to remove them.
- The library reserves the right to cancel reservations if need be.
- Users must vacate study rooms no less than 10 minutes prior to library closing time.
- Keep noise to a minimum and all electric devices on low ringer or vibrate.
- Leave the room in good condition.
- Rules during COVID-19 apply.
Violation of the above or any other applicable library policies may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to library facilities.
